Baby girl,
We lay down together to take a nap every day. This day was no different except when I got up to move you to your bed, I stopped and noticed the beautiful light falling on your precious face. I noticed your little tongue still sucking the paci that had already fallen out of your mouth. I noticed the gymboree stamp on your little toes. You looked so peaceful, so beautiful. I decided to try to take pictures, and I’m so glad I did.
These pictures were extra special to me. I photograph so many newborns that it made you look so big.
You can say almost everything. You repeat words all day long! You go poo poo on the potty all the time now. You still love your shoes, but you love putting on our clothes too. I often find you with about 5 outfits on at once (and usually they are clothes that you have outgrown). Somehow you manage to squeeze your little self in them.
We took you to Galveston this month and we had such a wonderful time. We didn’t want to leave. You loved the beach, the pool, eating in bed and your slushies. When we got home you cried and cried and cried. You didn’t want to come home. You actually refused to come in the house. I don’t blame you. It was such a great time for our family. No work. Just snuggles in bed, good food and fun pool time!
